Soften/Sharpen multi-dialog
This dialog provides access to various methods for softening and sharpening images. Bear in mind that the sharpness of an image can only be accurately assessed when the preview displays a 1:1 detail (right click).

When you click on the soften/sharpen tool in the toolbar and keep the mouse button pressed for a few seconds, a dropdown list opens showing all the related functions of this Multi-dialog.
