Status Line

The status line displays various items of information about the currently loaded image.


Starting from the left, the first item is the file name. If you hover the mouse over it ('Tool-tip') the complete path is shown. The next item shows the file system size of the image (Tool-tip: uncompressed size of compressed files). Then comes the pixel resolution of the image (Tool-tip: resolution in dpi and image size in cm or inches corresponding to the dpi value; number of pixels in the image). This is followed by the zoom factor in %, the color values of the image area under the mouse pointer including color preview (in RGB space; if you keep the [Ctrl] key pressed the  values are given as hexadecimal numbers). The final item gives the current mouse pointer coordinates.
