"PhotoPerfect Express is the pluperfect anti-geek software. I've not seen anything quite like it, and I believe everyone with a digital camera should have a close look at the free version of this program.

What it does is take photos that are less than perfect, and turn them into brighter and, well, better pictures. There is a large cardboard boxful of such software, but PhotoPerfect Express not so much about what it does as how it does it.

This is actual, true, un-exaggerated one-click software. In fact, there is no way to make it more than this. There are no settings, no tweaks and definitely no learning curves with PhotoPerfect Express, which takes a photo from grey and washed-out to detailed and colourful at a click.

You load a photo. The software gives you five view of how it thinks it can improve it. You click on the one you like best and save it. Job done.

In my tests, this program more than proved itself. It will not make really good or excellent photos better, but if you have poorly lit, washed-out, gloomy or otherwise inferior photos - and don't we all? - there is a very good chance that with a single click, PhotoPerfect Express will clean up each one, and in many cases quite a lot."
