Default How to use PhotoShop plugins?

As there are tons of PhotoShop plugins available on the market I am really curious on how to use them with PhotoPerfect. The online-manual says that I should download a .DLL (plugins.dll). I clicked on the link but it guides me to a page where it says that this DLL is for Windows ME (I am using Vista).

Anyone having any suggestions?

Thanks a lot,

Dilithium

Hi,

Just don´t bother about the plugins.dll. It has already been bundled within PhotoPerfect.

In order to implement Photoshop compatible plugins, please just copy all files of that plugin into the main folder of PhotoPerfect. After restarting PhotoPerfect, you will see that the plugin is now shown in the processing resources on the right tool bar (alternatively you can also press F9). Just double-click on that plugin to start. It´s quite easy :-)

Below please find the links to some free plugins:

Virtual photographer
Harry´s filter

On this website you can also find quite a lot of plugins , too:

Best regards and have fun trying out

I just installed "Virtual Photographer" and this is GREAT!

The only problem was that the setup-program tried to install the plugin into my user-directory. So I changed that manually to C:\Program Files\PhotoPerfect\ and everything worked right out-of-the-box.

Hoang-Tran: thanks a lot. This is awesome.
