Default Larger Perspective Control Screen?

Is there any way to make the perspective screen larger?

Thanks

You can maximize that screen as you do for any normal window. The 'maximize' icon is locating on the top right - besides the 'X' for closing the window.

Hi Hoang-Tran,

Thanks for your answer. After reading your posting I realized my wording was poor.

Will try to rephrase the question.

With the largest screen size is it possible to go to a larger size either over part or all the photo to check the results?

Thank you again

Gene

Hi,

Below of the image and on the right of the 'Grid' option, you will find a scroll bar, which will allow you to scale the image. However it is only possible to scale the image until the screen is fully filled.
If your image is much larger than your screen, please 'Execute' the changes to return to the normal/ main window of PP, where you can scale the image as you want, e.g. in order to examine it in 100% view. However please note that you would need to perform a mild USM (unsharp masking) after correcting the perspective to regain the original sharpness of your image.
Due to the interpolative nature of the perspective control feature, the processed image will always be a tad softer - depending on how much interpolation has been required.

Best regards

Notice that I had to point the camera up to get the top of the church in. As a result all the verticals of the buildings in that image converge upwards to a vanishing point somewhere above the image. Notice too that I pointed the camera backwards because I was too slow in getting my camera out and the bus had already passed the church. So all the horizontals of the buildings converge leftwards to a vanishing point to the left of the image.

Let's consider this business of vanishing points in the case of a simple cube
This is sometimes called three point perspective because there are three vanishing points for the three directions of straight parallel edges in the cube.

If I had got out of the bus to photograph the church I could have arranged to get the horizontals parallel with no convergence by placing myself opposite the middle of the church and pointing my camera straight at the church. But if I had to point it up to get the top in the verticals would still converge. I could stop that happening if I climbed up a tall ladder so that I was half way up the height of the church abd pointed the camera straight at its middle. The problem is that usually isn't possible :-)

thanks
