Default Remeber License problem


Hello guys,

I resently bougt a license for I2E.
After entering the key ut works fine.

When i close the problem it doesn't remember my key anymore and need to fill in the key field again.

Does anyone know the problem?

Hi,

Please log in as an administrator and register PPE once. After that the license will be remembered - also for your non-administrator account.

I have just recently bought the extensions Xe847 and i2e for my PhotoPerfect version 3.20. They do a fine job to correct the colours in my pictures. It’s just that the license numbers don’t stick in the program.

After correcting just a few photos, I have to enter the license numbers for the extension plugins again. Could this be a memory case?

There are 3 GB RAM in my PC. And I have entered the license codes as administrator :-(
I use Windows XP Pro in my computer.

Doesn't the license stick for both plugins at a time or just only for 1, e.g. i2e does not show a watermark but Xe847ProPlus does and via versa?

When the watermark is turned on for 1 plugin (after some 3 or 4 photos’ correction), I can use the other plugin for corrections for 3 or 4 photos before the watermark is displayed for that one as well :-(

We have tried to reproduce the issue without success. Normally the license only "disappears" after a restart of PP -if it has not been correctly saved before.

Thus we just asked cleverbridge to send you a new license to your email address. Could you please register your copy of PhotoPerfect with the new license again to see whether that helps?

I'll insert the new license numbers, and test them out later this evening (waiting for a little less light falling on my PC screen).

That MAY have been where I erred :-{
anyway ..

I entered the license number for the extensions, and it seems to hold. So I started to correct some of my old pictures. And DO these extensions work. Now I’ll have to take a long, hard look at my previous efforts
