RAW import

hi,

I tried to import some RAW (.raw) files this morning with little success. the thumbnail is correctly marked as a RAW image with the green frame, but it says "0x0" (for picture size) and when I click on the image, the RAW dialog appears but the image never loads. do I need to install anything
else in order to import these files?

Hi Al,

If I remember correctly you are using a Canon EOS 400D, right? So the RAW file you are trying to import must have the suffix .CR2? Could you also tell us please, what build of PhotoPerfect you are utilizing? It is recommended to use the latest build which is available on our website at:

http://www.arcadiasoftware.com/download.html

By doing you you will get the latest version of the RAW converter, which should work fine with your RAW files.
