Error after install

Thanks for the opportunity to test PP. Have just downloaded and installed single processor verion to Win2000 sp4 machine with 1mb of ram and got the following error message when trying to run the software..."Cannot find import dll, may be missing, corrupt or wrong version, gdiplus.dll error 126." I've searched and found 5 versions of gdiplus.dll installed on my machine. Wonder if anyone has come across this error before and is there a fix?

Hi,

That error message just means that the gdi.plus.dll is missing in your Windows directory. The gdiplus.dll is a system process and required for communicating with your video card.

If you can locate some gdiplus.dll versions on your computer, please just copy the newest one to your Winnt\system32 folder, which normally locates on drive C, and reboot. That should help then. Otherwise that file can also be downloaded free of charge here:
