How to find my PhotoPerfect [Express] license information?
To process your order of additional extensions/options, the original registration information for your latest license is required.
Please be sure to use exactly the same name information (Company, First Name, Last Name) during the order process as you used for your latest purchase of PhotoPerfect [Express] or one of its extensions/options. So if you purchased the last time under "John Doe" please do not switch to "Jane Doe, Sample Company Inc." Otherwise your follow-up order for an additional extension/option will not be recognized as valid.
- Open your PhotoPerfect [Express].
- Click "Help" in the menu.
- Click on "About PhotoPerfect [Express]".
- In the window that opens you will find the field containing your registration information.
This information consists of two lines:
- The first line is your (registration) name.
- The second line is your (license) key.
If there is only one line that says "free basic license," you have not yet purchased a license. To proceed, please use the specific purchase page for an initial purchase of a PhotoPerfect Express option. To get there, click here.
Personal license
If you have bought the original license for yourself, it may look like this:
Company license
If you have bought the original license for a company, it may look like this:
- Please copy the first line with the name and paste it into the corresponding field within the order process: existing (registration) name.
- Then copy the second line with the key and paste it into the corresponding field within the order process: existing (license) key.
Note: Each time you place a follow up order, you´ll be sent a new license code. For any future purchase, please submit the latest license code you have received. This ensures that your new license key includes the registration information for all the products you´ve purchased.
